Roll Overs

Tilt Lock Roll Overs provide a simple, safe and effective method of tilting rolls where a Tip Lift is not suitable. The unit may be used to either load or unload rolls from pallets. The operator controls the hydraulic tilt function from a push button station. The Tilt-Lock Roll Over offers a unique design, and is ruggedly constructed to assure you quiet, trouble-free performance. Tilt-Lock Roll Overs are custom built to our customers specifications. Tilt-Lock Roll Overs are self supporting meaning it does not have to be fastened to the floor making the Tilt-Lock Roll Over portable.

Available options include the following:

  • Capacity: up to 10,000 pounds
  • Rotation Time: 15 to 20 seconds
        (Varies with pump voltage)
  • Power: 460/230 volt 3 phase
        (Other voltages available)
  • Control Voltage: 110 volts for operator safety
  • Control: 2 button station with magnetic disconnect
        with 10 feet of cable
  • Hydraulic Control dual operated check valves hold
        the table stationary in case of system failure
  • Heavy duty industrial grade hydraulic power units
  • All bearings are sealed and pre-lubricated
  • Low maintenance requirement - routine checking
        of hydraulic system is all that is required
  • Optional Equipment: pallet holder, ramp, and
        notched table for loading and unloading with c-hook
