The Tip-Lift Load Leveler is designed specifically as an attachment for the Tip-Lift Models offered by Tilt- Lock. The attachment assures that the Tip-Lift maintains a true horizontal plane and offers stability when handling rolls of material up to 2000 pounds, thus preventing damage to the
roll, speeds up material handling time, and reduces injury risk.The Load Leveler features a ball screw and nut coupled to an inline reversing gear motor which is governed by level sensing switches. When sensed by the level sensing switches that the roll is off balance, the gear motor is activated. When the correct suspension point has been achieved, the gear motor will automatically shut off thus insuring a horizontal attitude.
